## Done Criteria
specs.ipfs.tech site owners (i.e., @ipfs/kubo-maintainers ) should be alerted automatically if specs.ipfs.tech becomes unreachable over HTTP or IPFS.
## Notes
1. We recently had an instance where a user reported the site being unavailable unbeknownst to us: https://filecoinproject.slack.com/archives/C03FFEVK30F/p1685656434882049
