### Description
Hi there, I faced this issue in both webui and call the kubo api mv directly. It looks like when the last part of the path matches, the api will act as cp instead of mv.
Case 1:
If I call mv from src `/.../asdf/test.txt` to dst `/.../asdf/asdf`, after the mv operation, both path `/.../asdf/` and `/.../asdf/asdf` will contain `test.txt`. It act as cp instead of moving it to the destination directory.
Case 2:
If I call mv from src `/.../asdf/test.txt` to dst `/.../asdf/test/asdf`, after the mv operation, both path `/.../asdf/` and `/.../asdf/test/asdf` will contain `test.txt`.

Research direction
Start at Kubo's `mv` API and CLI entry points and reproduce both overlapping-path cases described in the issue. Trace how the destination path is resolved and add or run focused coverage for these cases. Done means `mv` removes the source entry while placing it at the intended destination, rather than leaving a copy behind.
