ipfs pin stuck, continues when run as second instance

### Description

When I pin big CID (~14-20GB), I see that it sometimes stuck and not progressing for many hours

```
If I run absolutely same command in separate window, number of nodes quickly catches up with the previous number and then both continue progressing are more/less same speed.
