Creating a new file on webui

Now we share new files by creating files offline and then uploading them. That's all right when we already have files to share or when the files take time to complete and have to be created locally anyway. However, it is not straightforward when we want to share small contents quickly. I wonder if I could create new files just by clicking "import"-"new file" on the IPFS WebUI. It can be as simple as creating new files on Github.
