Feature Request: Add metrics reporting for pinning usage

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
We want to add metrics to pinning API calls and other usage so that it shows up on our metrics dashboard (county)

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Minimum metrics should be:

1. Pin popup view
2. Number of pinning services added (send on pinning service add)
3. Success/failure for each
4. How many pinning requests
5. Size of pins

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
N/A

**Additional context**
We need metrics to make data-based decisions.
