React Joyride bug: Network bandwidth/traffic pop-up causes excess white space at the bottom of the screen

Description
**Describe the bug**
When you scroll down the screen with the Network Bandwidth/Traffic pop up open, it hangs off the bottom of the screen and a large amount of excess white space is displayed.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to the Status Page
2. Click on the help text Icon and move to page 4
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen
**Expected behavior**
The white space at the bottom could be reduced if the screen was a little more dynamic
