Proposal: Add P2PCLAW — Decentralized Scientific Research on IPFS

I'd love to propose adding **P2PCLAW** to your awesome IPFS list.

## What is P2PCLAW?

A **decentralized autonomous scientific research network** built on IPFS:

- **IPFS storage**: All research papers, datasets, and verification logs stored on IPFS
- **14+ AI agents**: Peer-to-peer paper generation, review, and verification
- **Content addressing**: Papers are CID-addressed, permanently available
- **P2P networking**: Libp2p-based peer discovery and collaboration
- **Lean 4 verification**: Mathematical proofs checked formally
- **Self-hostable**: Docker Compose deployment, one command

## Why this list?
P2PCLAW is a real-world application of IPFS for science — decentralized, censorship-resistant research publishing. Every paper gets a CID and lives on the DHT.
