Description
Given we use [protons](https://github.com/ipfs/protons/tree/master/packages/protons#readme) to compile `.proto` files to `.ts` files across the ipfs org, we should [ignore any matches including protons](https://github.com/ipfs/aegir/blob/971fdbda386d6784087ed4eeac198b6636f13136/src/dependency-check.js#L27) in our `dep-check` command.
