Do a SWOT and Audience analysis

## Description

We are lacking a SWOT and Audience analysis of the reference IDM UI we are building. We should take some time on doing that before going to deep on the actual design.

## Acceptance Criteria

- [ ] Create two markdown documents, swot.md and audience.md, and put them into this repo
- [ ] Adjust the IDM Concept paper to contain a summary of our analysis and links to the documents

Start by reviewing the existing IDM Concept paper and the reference IDM UI context. Create swot.md and audience.md with the requested analyses, then add a summary and links to both documents in the concept paper. Done means all three documents are present and the acceptance criteria are satisfied.
