## Description
Currently, if the mediator doesn't get informed if the locker becomes locked after the idle time has passed. Ideally, it should so that the lock-screen on the mediator side is shown again.
## Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Make the wallet side of the bridge inform the mediator side
- [ ] Make changes to Nomios so that it is aware of this
