Description
Query a name for A and AAAA records
Try to connect to the addresses given both port 80 and 443, verify any certificate against name.
These should be simple tests that can be linked to, a help for customers explaining to their ISP why they cant reach a site. (and avoiding the "its the server that is down" explanations that some ISPs have given)
