Extend stackcount.py to also include static functions

Hi,

is there a way to make stackcount also show calls to static functions? The kernel uses static functions quite extensively and by not showing those in stackcount we loose a lot of potentially useful information.

EDIT: New title and new text for the issue, because the original version was quite badly written.
