Description
When installing CoreTools on a machine and using it to interact with iotile.cloud as a virtual device, it usually needs a concept of what unique device slug it should be interacting with the cloud on behalf of.
There should be a config variable declared in `iotile-ext-cloud` to hold this `iotile-id`.
