[Request] Integrate IOTA Names

## Description
Allow to resolve name records as part of the IOTA DID method-specific identifier

## Motivation
Integrate the IOTA products more tightly and provide an option for human readable identifier

## Requirements
1. Allow resolution of DIDs like `did:iota:myname(.iota?)`

## Open questions (optional)
- Should we retain the `.iota` TLD or strip it?
- Should we do reverse lookups for `alsoKnownAs` resolution?
