### Task description
Updating NFT tag or metadata in `SendFormPopup` when no funds are available to cover the new increased storage deposit throws insufficient funds error on the `SendConfirmationPopup`
### Requirements
Disable modification of the tag and metadata in `SendFormPupup` if no funds are available
