[Fix]: Verify transaction popup not showing up after enabling blind signing when creating alias

### Task description

Having blind signing `disabled`, when trying to create an alias a popup appears to `enable` blind signing. Once `enabled`, the popup is closed and the popup to confirm the transaction does not appear, but the tx is in the ledger to be confirmed
