Description

### Platform

### Version

2.1

### Description

My LEdger Shimmer Wallet 2.1 will not let me adjust my voting power. My coins are basically locked in now that I have voted. Once I unlock the ledger and attempt to reduce power this error occurred:
Error Message: "custom input error provided custom input {then a transaction address...starts with "0xea....."} is already used in another transaction"
I tested another Ledger account on the same wallet installation, (a different Ledger device) and I was able to unlock the voting power.
I set up a new Firefly profile and everything worked fine, do I deleted the non-working profile and started using the new profile. That was MArch 29th, 2023.
Today I had issues with that profile. My balance showed correctly (cross referenced Explorer) but my available SMR showed as "0" and I could not move any SMR. I again set up another profile and was then able to move the SMR. I moved all the SMR from the Wallet 1 into the Wallet 2 in that Firefly profile.

### Expected behaviour
