[Task]: Add ability for forced/required in-app updates for security reasons

### Task description

If we deem a certain update important enough we should add the ability for the check for updates functionality to not be dismissible, and warning shown to the user that they must update for security reasons.

### Requirements

- Adapt deployment scripts to allow us to mark an update as required
- Adapt ux of in-app updates / check for updates for required updates
