[Task]: Unify search for all networks

It would be nice to let the explorer figure out from which network the object I search for is.

For example if I search for a chrysalis-mainnet message/block I should be able to enter it in the search bar and the explorer would find it in the correct network.
The same thing would be nice for links themselves. Or maybe we could have a link like `/search?0x....` which would return the search result? Because sometimes you will have links that won't work after a network update anymore so you might want to look for that block ID in whatever network it was.
