[Request]: Combine with EVM faucet

### Feature description

Instead of having the [faucet](https://evm-faucet.testnet.shimmer.network) as a standalone [project](https://github.com/iotaledger/evm-faucet) we should combine this two projects. Just add a dropdown to the faucet of the toolkit where you can specify which token you need

### Motivation

We have a lot of tools flying around everywhere, this change would streamline the process of requesting different token

### Requirements

1. Merge faucet code into toolkit
2. Archive Eve-faucet repo
3. Profit
