Docs feedback: 'Migrate All' is showing disabled for me and balance not matching

Hello
My IOTA balance in Firefly app and new chrome extension iota wallet are not matching. The 'Migrate All' button is disabled in the dashboard i.e. i am not able to click it.
Please suggest what to do.
