vscode editor scrolls up/down one line for each character typed

### Describe the bug
For certain files that I edit, as I'm typing, the view scrolls up (and down) by one line at a time

To reproduce: Sorry not to include this right now - I will try to create a project based on the file I'm currently editing.

Why do I think this is an Ionide issue and not a VSCODE issue?
- I can fix it by either disabling Ionide or reverting to an older Ionide (say 7.19.1)

## Machine info
- Mac M3 Pro / Sonoma 14.2.1
- .NET 8.0.100
- Ionide 7.20.[0,1,2]

Start by reproducing the scrolling behavior on macOS Sonoma with Ionide 7.20.0, 7.20.1, or 7.20.2, comparing against Ionide 7.19.1 and with Ionide disabled. The issue does not name a project, file, test, or entry point; done means typing no longer moves the editor view by one line per character.
