Description
- This [test](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-framework/blob/c63ec2e98db0ca1ce8ad15b5aa9cd5fe4732701a/core/src/components/infinite-scroll/test/top/infinite-scroll.e2e.ts#L6) is flaky only with Safari and on [CI](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-framework/actions/runs/13893653439/job/38891710657?pr=30259)
