Description

### Prerequisites

- [X] I have read the [Contributing Guidelines](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-framework/blob/main/docs/CONTRIBUTING.md#creating-an-issue).
- [X] I agree to follow the [Code of Conduct](https://ionicframework.com/code-of-conduct).
- [X] I have searched for [existing issues](https://github.com/ionic-team/ionic-framework/issues) that already include this feature request, without success.

### Describe the Feature Request

React 19, which was released in December 2024, has [support for custom elements](https://react.dev/blog/2024/12/05/react-19#support-for-custom-elements). This should make it possible to remove the React component wrappers and use Ionic web components directly in React.

### Describe the Use Case

Before React 19, support for web components required that they be wrapped as React components. React 19 supports web components natively, so this extra layer can be removed.

### Describe Preferred Solution

Provide a way to use Ionic web components with React 19's native support and document that. Also, it would be great to make some codemods to do the upgrade automatically.
