### Description
Marker rotation. Would like a property on the marker to rotate the marker image on the map with the given degrees.
### Platform(s)
IOS, Web, Android.
### Preferred Solution
Expose the rotation property for Android. Create a function for web and IOS that will transform the image with the given degrees similar to the image resize function.
