The page in the docs [Environment Specific Configurations](https://capacitorjs.com/docs/guides/environment-specific-configurations) needs to be updated. Currently it only shows instruction for projects that have dependencies managed by CocoaPods.

### Expected Behavior

It should also describe instructions for SPM projects
