Faster/more capable alternative to ZXING

I'm the maintainer of the [zxing-cpp](https://github.com/zxing-cpp/zxing-cpp) project and became aware of this project here [by chance](https://github.com/ionic-team/capacitor-barcode-scanner/issues/31#issuecomment-2784773441) today. Just in case you were not aware and this might be of interest to you, I'd like to point you to our [android wapper library](https://github.com/zxing-cpp/zxing-cpp/blob/master/wrappers/android/README.md). Things you might gain are a 10x speed improvement and generally improved detection rates, including e.g. support for inverted symbols (#60).
