Capacitor keeps running old background runners

I've registered a runner with a specific name (label). Then removed it (runner file and config). Later, I've created new file (with the same name), registered it in config, but with different label.
For some reason, the old runners are still firing at scheduled intervals, using old labels, but the new file (that has the same name the old one had)
Is there a way to clear them or is this a bug?
