[enhancement]: Add sorting albums by latest used

### What should this feature add?

Having an option to sort album by the date/time of the latest image added to them would keep the list of album in an order of recently used and would help a lot with some workflows.

### Alternatives

Even with filtering, selecting the right album involves a lot of clicking and scrolling.
Filtering by name is ok but we can lose context between folders.
