### What should this feature add?
The + button on the Starter Models tab is positioned far from the corresponding text on my ultrawide monitor, making it difficult to click the correct button at times.
To improve usability, I suggest adopting the behavior used in the Model Manager, where the current row is highlighted when the mouse hovers over it.
