[enhancement]: Add auto settings when switching models

### What should this feature add?

It's great that models have defaults, but especially now with models that use different step counts it would be nice to auto-switch some settings when switching models. VAE, step count, and guidance all come to mind (but not resolution). The UI could, on the right by the default switches for model options, also have an auto switch; or, this could possibly be a set of switches below the defaults section.
