[enhancement]: LoRA selection menu

### What should this feature add?

As the amount of LoRAs I have added has grown, selecting one from the drop down list has become cumbersome.

I think a file browser-like system might be a nice alternative. Clicking an "Add LoRA" button would open a panel that occupies the same space as the prompt panel itself until a LoRA(possibly multiple) is selected or canceled. This would allow the user to find what they're after at a glance by using the already existing image system for LoRAs.
