[enhancement]: Collapsible prompt frames

### What should this feature add?

Template feature allows users to add negative prompt to the template.
In most use cases (in my opinion) this makes negative prompt frame empty.
It will be very convenient to have prompt frames collapsible in a similar way as "Image", "Generation", etc.
Before/after comparison (sorry for the rough photoshop):

### Alternatives

Add an additional button. When pressed, it opens a "Show generation settings" popup menu with names of frames ("Positive prompt", "Negative prompt", "Generation", etc.) and checkboxes. Corresponding frames are shown or hidden depending on status of checkboxes.
