[enhancement]: Add more states to the progressbar

### What should this feature add?

How about adding more states to the progressbar so it doesn't hang either on indeterminate or job progress?

**Here are proposed states:**
- Loading/swapping model
- Freeing VRAM
- Loading resources (LoRAs, embeddings, etc)
