## Summary
Saved prompts are able to be deleted from the prompt library
Sub issue of: #4475
## Intended Outcome
- Edit icon exists on right side of prompt
- When clicked, edit icon becomes a save icon with a trash icon to the left of the save icon
- Prompt is deleted once trash is clicked
