## Intended Outcome
* Users are able to save fragments of prompts
* Users are able to combine fragments of prompts
* TIs / embeddings are able to be used within a prompt
* Prompts fragments are able to be filtered based on type (?)
* Prompt fragments are able to be upweighted / down weighted
* Prompt previews are available
* Compel actions are able to be applied to prompts [.blend(), .and(), .swap()]
* Allows for positive & negative prompt building
