feat: Add "Edit this page on GitHub" and "file an issue" footer component

**Description**
Add a built-in footer component that allows readers to quickly contribute to the documentation or report documentation errors directly from the page.

**Proposed Solution**
A stylised callout block placed at the bottom of documentation pages containing:
- A link to edit the current markdown file directly on GitHub.
- A link to open an issue in the respective repository.
