Description
Following the discussion in https://github.com/inveniosoftware/dojson/issues/23, it is interesting to create a new, very liberal MARC21 schema, where all the fields and subfields would be repeatable, all the indicator values allowed, etc. We may call it `marc21liberal` or some such.
