The way e2e tests were configured in Travis, [doesn't work on GitHub Actions (GA)](https://github.com/inveniosoftware/cookiecutter-invenio-instance/pull/270/checks?check_run_id=1537150402#step:6:15). It needs to be configured the GA way.
