Description

During the Invenio Bootcamp, several people mentioned that they were confused by the `invenio-records` api class `Record` and by the default example data model that is also called record, `records/record-v1.0.0.json`.

Maybe we should rename the example data model that comes with the cookiecutter and choose a name that is more meaningful in the real world.

Research direction

Start by inspecting the cookiecutter-generated example data model at records/record-v1.0.0.json and the surrounding template files. The issue does not choose a replacement name, so first establish a meaningful alternative and identify every generated reference that would need to change; done means the example model is consistently renamed without retaining the confusing default name.
