Support generating a model class based on a class query

This is a feature in an internal fork that never made it up to isc-rest. See internal reference APPS-21161

> For a "query" action we should be able to automatically generate a model class at compile time based on class query metadata. This would support OpenAPI and provide an alternative paradigm to the current standard "query returns an ID which is used to load the model class" approach.
