Description
at least reproduced for [shvarov-user-management](https://openexchange.intersystems.com/package/iris-user-management) and [csvgenpy](https://openexchange.intersystems.com/package/csvgen-python) modules.
It looks like IPM client 0.10.4 installs some Python modules and prevents new modules from being installed if there is a dependency conflict.
There is no such issue in 0.9.2.
