Description
Over time, we have cleaned up/removed a number of obsolete production items. However, these items are still tracked in `^SYS("SourceControl", "Git", "TSH")` and `^SYS("SourceControl", "Git", "items")`
As far as I can tell, this is not causing any functional problems. However it does add noise to the Forced import log.

Research direction
Start by examining the Forced import process and how it reads ^SYS("SourceControl", "Git", "TSH") and ^SYS("SourceControl", "Git", "items"). Reproduce or inspect the Forced import log with the listed production items, then trace where removed items should be discarded. Done means obsolete production entries no longer add noise to the log without changing functional behavior.
