Angular Rule Editor does not properly make rule read only in 2024.1

When testing the Angular Business Rule Editor with @isc-pbarton , we found that the Angular UI on IRIS 2024.1 does not properly integrate with Embedded Git; it does not make the rule read-only when it has been edited elsewhere, instead allowing the user to make edits and even click the 'save' button; while these edits will not be saved to the repo there is no feedback that this is the case. Additionally, the source control output button is not visible.

We should find a way to fix this in 2024.1 and also check other versions for compatibility.
