Description
There are 4 widgets on the dashboard, and filters have been configured to apply to all of them. However, the filters are applied inconsistently — sometimes only to one widget, sometimes to several, and occasionally to all.
Refreshing the page changes which widgets the filters apply to, making the behavior appear random. It needs to be fixed so that filters apply to all widgets.
