Description

### Problem

[“Understanding Politics”](https://openlibrary.org/collections/understanding_politics) just showed ["Wealth of Nations”](https://openlibrary.org/works/OL76827W) twice. Idk if that’s a problem with one Work being pulled twice into the carousel, if the problem is that it exists twice in the collection (and if so, how that happened), or something else.

([Posted about it in Slack](https://internetarchive.slack.com/archives/C0ETZV72L/p1716681532405139), @cdrini asked me to make an issue, so here it is!)

### Reproducing the bug

1. Go to https://openlibrary.org/collections/understanding_politics
2. Look through carousel

* Expected behavior: A collection of different, unique books (Works)
