Move LC classification and DDC from editions to work records

A Dewey or LC Class is not edition specific (though the year may be appended to an LC Class for specific editions. It is essentially a subject indication that persists across editions. Presently those classification numbers are being captured in the edition records, which is the wrong place. Gathering all the edition classifications (less the year) to the work records would greatly facilitate work merging and will also enable better UX suggestions for related works, (akin to shelf browsing).
