Description
Currently, the documentation, such as it is, for doing batch imports locally exists in `git` commits. See, `e.g.`, 8a9d9d323dfcf2a5b4f38d70b1108b030b20ebf3. This documentation should exist either on the wiki at https://github.com/internetarchive/openlibrary/wiki/Developer's-Guide-to-Data-Importing.
