Option to display DWWI on barcodescanner

Barcodescanner would be useful for users looking to see what books they can donate to the archive in a large collection. Adding an option to display some indicator on the card if it's available would be helpful.

### Proposal & Constraints
1. Add a setting to the settings menu that let's you toggle "Do we want it" mode.
2. Add an indicator to the card if we want a book. Hit the archive.org/want endpoint to determine if the scanned ISBN is wanted or not.
3. Play a dull beep sound if the book is already in our collection. A brighter beep sound if we want it.
