Enrich Book Pages with Community Fields & Content

The Book Page should be more useful in answering questions that patrons have. This should be included in our design research in 2023.

Here are some predictions I have about questions people ask:

* Do I want to read this book?
* What is this book about? (tags, topics, etc)
* What is a summary of this book?
* What is the wiki context about this book?
* What or how do others feel about this book? What are they saying (on e.g. twitter)?
* How popular is the book (how many and which people have read)?
* Is this book available for borrow?
* Is a preview available? Quotes, excerpts?
* Who wrote this book and what else have they written?
* Which likely good books are similar
